  At first he doesn’t seem friendly and even perhaps unapproachable but by the time I finished what I went there to do my opinion changed. You cannot judge a book by a cover. He was very knowledgeable and I believe I even caught a smile or two. With the way the world is today it’s a two-way street. With each customer coming in to see a representative they don’t know what to expect either. Thank you for explaining things over and over to my understanding. An umbrella would be nice 😊

  Wow truly amazing First time guest experience! Timothy was a great help and is very knowledgeable about all of the member services and accounts that I can open. I love the atomosphere it is bright and cheery in there. Such sweet co workers! Thank you !!!

  Ok today I open an account, and Ben helped me so so much! Even help me options to build my credit. Location is so cute and updated not stuffy like traditional 🏦 locations.
