  I’m in the process of rehabbing a project I bought through Sam Skare with NWA. Sam was great to work with; he was very professional and was very responsive through the whole process. Sam is constantly sending over potential properties and I plan to buy again when another great deal comes along.

  I have been working with Tim Malley at New Western Acquisitions. He has been great and I've done very well buying and flipping properties with him. He knows exactly what my criteria is and contacts me immediately when something is available. Tim was also quick to get me set up with a fantastic hard lender that I also use for every flip. New Western is organized, professional and most of all are adept at acquiring properties. I have been flipping houses for 25 years and I would highly recommend Tim Malley and New Western Acquisitions.

  I've purchased 4 properties from NWA and am in the process of purchasing another one. All the guys I've worked with were great. First Ryan, then Peter and now especially John. John has gone above and beyond in helping me with purchases. He has taken the time to build the relationship and handles any of my concerns patiently. NWA company is a good company to work with.

  2 years ago I met Punit randomly at a taco shop and the following day I purchased a property from him. Since then I have purchased 5 or 6 more and it’s always been a seamless easy transaction. Highly recommend

  I usually don't bother leaving bad reviews, but couldn't let this one go. I've been flipping houses for 15 yrs now. This was a bad experience. I was initially led on to believe that all the paperwork had been complete and everything went through successfully and the property would be mine, only to find out that property sold days later. They were very unprofessional in their communication and really seemed to not care about anything out all. Absolutley the worst experience I've ever had. Do not waste your time with them.
