  I was referred to Ryan because I have a low credit score and was told he could possibly get me financed. He immediately contacted me and informed me of necessary things to do and I qualified for a loan which really surprised me. With his guidance, we are working on raising my score so I can get a better rate and a higher loan amount. I highly recommend.

  This was my 2nd time using Ryan for a mortgage, once for the initial purchase and then for the refinancing. Ryan really is a "kick butt mortgage guy" that gets the deal done! It’s nice having someone you know and can trust during a transaction like this, especially during these difficult times. Give him a shot once and he will be there for the next one When you need. It pays to build a relationship with someone in this business instead of just accepting some random person assigned from a big company that may just be ok at their job. Ryan is dependable and honest and works hard for his clients. Until next time sir!

  Ryan speltz and his team were wonderful to work with because they treated us like people not just another number,and my realtor Kim Kelly (who is the best realtor ever and was recommend by ryan) and I were always in the loop on info and always kept us up to date on where in the process we where at all the way to our closing date ,and if I had a question and I had many lol Ryan or his team would answer vary quickly if not immediately, if you want to close on a house and be home owners I highly recommend Ryan and his team they will make your dreams come true P.S to Ryan and his team thank you so much again for making my big family's dream come true
