  My personal bill consolidation loan at Suncoast was so quick and easy! I applied online and was approved in 2 days and the money was in my account on day 3. My interest is lower than most credit cards and my monthly payment for the loan is significantly less then I pay in bills every month. This will help me get back on track and lower my debt ratio as well as improve my credit score. Thanks Suncoast!

  The fraud department, or lack thereof isn't very helpful. Instead of figuring out why my account was compromised, they tell me it happens and there's nothing anybody can do about it. I guess it's just easier to print a new card than to get to the bottom of it. I'm also not holding big money in my account, so I guess that also lowers priority. If I was some rich MF'er, I bet it would've been handled differently. FYI this happened a few years ago, but I never got around to writing a review and it's bothered me ever since.

  They gave me a hard time over the phone but when I went in they were professional and handled things quickly. Note: The number given does not connect you to the bank but to a central # that serves all of Florida. You will be on the phone for awhile just to get to your desired location.

  I wish I could give this branch negative stars. First I wait 30 minutes to get a notary only to be told they can't do what I need. Oh and this was told to me after I signed my paper that I needed stamped. I will never go here again. Might as well go back to Bank of America I had better customer service at branches from them

  Great staff, good atmosphere, very welcoming. I don't have an account with this bank, but I cashed a check here and didn't have as much trouble cashing one of their checks as i have had at other Banks doing the same thing.

  To get a loan in this bank you need to have perfect Credit not easy at all to get any loan No help at all they expect you to be on excellent For them to help so if that’s the case then being excellent would mean you wouldn’t need there Business Right so take note if your in need of some Financial assistant don’t go here they’ll just hit your credit add an inquiry and bring your credit lower and still won’t help you they say there lenient But lie hope this helps for those who need help of some kind in this Bank👎

  Love banking with them. Always great service very friendly you get treated like you matter. They don't fee you to death like the big banks.

  Terrible!! I brought a car from Toyota and Suncoast refinanced the vehicle. 7months into my payments I got an oil leak and my window just stopped going up! Next thing you know I got to Suncoast they tell me anyone can fix it as long as they take my warranty!! Well come to find out Suncoast took 1000$ from me for warranty on my car and there is no warranty AT ALL!! Shows I'm paying for warranty but when I drop my car to shop they called it in and I'm no where to be found!! Hmm fishy . WELL LONG STORY SHORT NOW TOYOTA WONT GIVE ME MY CAR BACK BECAUSE MY WARRANTY IS A FRAUD!! NO CAR FOR ME BUT STILL PAYING ON IT ?? LOL WHAT NEVER HEARD OF THIS IN MY LIFE!!

  Coin machine did not say non members pay 10% and give their personal information for use.

  Dear Aaron, Our coin machines have a sign to make people aware that it is offered to members only. Therefore, if a non-member uses the coin machine, there is a 10% fee. To redeem the coin machine ticket for cash, we do have to create a profile shell for non-members in our core system, very similar to setting up a new membership profile. This process is similar to cashing a check as a non-member. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
