      The reason why they got 1 star from me is because there is no "0" stars. I'm not sure, if this is only this branch or the whole BOA or all banks suddenly have an idea to close lobbies and do not accept any customers inside pushing the drive through only. If you have the same experience as me please share here. By the way - when i asked why they are closed - no reasonwas given - not important i was informed. "Great" customer service.

      Went it to get a money order, was told they no longer do them but I could get a cashier’s check for $15. I told the lady I wasn’t going to pay $15 for her to print me a check. I took the money out in cash and then closed my account. Then they printed me a check for a lot more than I was asking for free. They lost a 20+ year customer. BOA, you’re not the only bank in town. I will be closing out my checking account as soon as I find another bank.

      Their atm machine was broken I had went inside to tell an associate that my card was stuck in their atm on the scanning password page. They proceed to tell me that they had already called someone out to fix it.. Why was there no out of order sign! Now I have to get a new card because of their lack of knowing how to do their job

      2.2 Star rating for a current average overall? That's giving this place way too much credit. Bank of America, all branches... They've lost complete touch with banking. The incompetence at this particular branch and the lack of answers that makes any sense is horrible. 27 actual years of banking with these people ends today. They've deteriorated in front of my very eyes.

      Drive thru is closed so lobby is busy. You can deposit checks at the ATM. You need your debit card and pin.

      Funny! The lady on the phone was sure there was no sign outside with the operating hours 🤣 On the door they have a sign with the hours they are open. I went and it was closed. After a few times trying to reach them I asked and they said they were closed. I told them there was a sign with the hours and they said there is none 🤔🤔 I took the picture!!! 😂😂 Maybe they ADDED another one and I didnt see it, but please, dont tell me there is no sign indicating its open 9 to 4pm on Mondays. Just put another sign on top or remove this one 👇😁 Its a simple task anyone can do.

      You cannot call them. The phone just loops around and tells you to go online and make an appointment because no one is available to take your call. You are only calling as they haven't contacted you in over 10 days and you are trying to find out the status of your previous request.

      I have a business account with BOA for over 7 years. I had one of my employees checks stolen so the fraud department froze my account and told me to go to a branch and open another account. I walk get into the Zephyrhills location at 12:30p and they close at 1p. Elisa the manager told me they couldn’t help me that they close at 1p. I have employees I have to pay and she told me “she couldn’t do anything for me that they close at 1p” this was at 12:30p. Unacceptable

      Zero convenience. The Dade City branch was been fully closed over a year and now the Zephyrhills branch closes at 4pm. I feel bad for the employees who are always nice but if I were them I’d apply for a job at another bank or credit union that doesn’t act like it’s about to go out of business.
