  Best bank I have ever been with. The employees go above and beyond for all customers. I would recommend this bank over any bank in the united states. You could never ask for a bank to be better to there customers. I have service dog and they always welcome him into the bank and they even know his name like they know mine. At this bank you are a person not a number.

  The inside is very nice and clean.Clerks are very friendly and are efficient.They protect your personal info and your account..So if you forget something well just go home and get what you need..

  Always friendly staff. 4 of 5 stars because I wish the were open on Saturday if even for a few hours. I work an hour out if town and difficult to do business before they open or after closing. I have to take time off to go to my bank. But generally a good bank.

  Deposited a check through the atm prior to going out of town for work, wake up the next day expecting it to be deposited and they put a hold on it so im stuck away from home with no money for food or drinks while im working because they decided to place a "hold" on the check. Would honestly give no stars and i do not recommend using this bank, customer service is unable to assist me in this situation so i will probably be lookin to bank with another company after this.

  I have found them to be very responsive. I like the service! Unlike many other banks, there is never a long wait to see an officer. Perhaps not important to anyone else, but I love not needing a deposit slip! It is Just one other way to say how convent the whole process is!

  They are possibly the worst bank I have to call so many times to get my account unlocked and money is missing and they seem like they care about it and I know they don’t

  Marks every purchase online as "fraudulent" then locks the debit card. I'm not a boomer sending money to a Nigerian Prince; I do not need babysitting on what I purchase online. 0 stars no recommendation;credit union went down the crapper in 2019. Was a user of this company for 11 years. Just going to get a chime from now on.

  At San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union the staff is Friendly and Very Helpful. They never treat me as another account number they treat me as "Family" like an important part of the branch's success as a business. They ALWAYS remember my name since the 1st day as an account member.

  I have not had good experiences with this bank. I've been with this bank for over seven years. My biggest complaint is that I can NEVER reach anyone by phone. The Zephyrhills branch posts a phone number but it simply routes back to the San Antonio Dade City number. No one EVER picks up and the voice mail extensions never pick up and it takes more than one or two days to get a reply call. I only stay with them because it's a bigger pain in the neck to go and find another bank. But, that may not always remain the case. Thumbs down on this place!

  Very difficult to get help with staff. The app is very generic. Took 4 months to receive debit card after it was sent to the wrong address. Whole experience was terrible. Highly recommend not trusting this bank!
