  The 5 Stars for Danna are well deserved. I was looking to refinance my property and didn't know where to start, I wanted to find someone who was easy to work with, insightful and helpful. Luckily I was blessed to able to connect and work with Danna, who took the time to answer each and every one of my questions. She had the patience and made it very comfortable moving forward with my refinance. She made me feel like she wanted my business but also looked out for my best interest to look for the best rates. Danna was proactive during the whole process and answered any question at any time by email or by phone without any hesitation.   I worked with Danna Williams in securing a cash out refinance on my primary home. I was initially introduced to her and sun mortgage in 2020 through a relative, and while I didn’t work with her at that time, I remembered her and remembered that she took care of my relative’s mortgage needs, so I reached back out to her in November 2021. Danna was professional, courteous, accessible, and responsive! I would highly recommend Sun Mortgage.

  Danna was my mortgage broker and helped me with the purchase of my first home. She is excellent. Very responsive, all inquiries answered within minutes, not even an hour. I had some complications with my original mortgage application and she was flexible and made it to be an easy process to merge my application into another loan structure. She was kind and great with hand holding, never lost her patience with me, even when I started to become agitated about the loan funding process, she remained kind. She helped me throughout the process, did not abandon me once the escrow was open, but kept helping me with the process. She was also great and quick with her communication with the lender and she managed some fees to be waived by the lender, which otherwise would have been payable by me. Danna also found me a good rate, one of the best on the market at that time (yep, that's me, I've shopped around before I selected Sun Mortgage). I'm happy that I chose her as my loan agent, no regrets, I highly recommend her to anyone.

  We have been struggling for almost two years with refinancing our property for the first time with another Broker/ realtor and ONLY Danna of Sunrealty was able to pull it off with the best rate in less than two months.
