He is very helpful and guided me through all the processes till the closing with detailed approached and guidance with full commitment and nice treatment being available all the time when needed. He helped me to locked in the lowest interest rate that is available. He is very friendly, open, nice and reliable so I have referred my friends and family members to him.

  Czar Yeung is my mortgage banker. I went thru a very smooth and very well informed process with him. He would let me know the best program out there that would fit best for my need. I closed my loan very promptly from start to the end. Given the low interest rate, I would encourage people to give him a call to discuss all possibilities. Overall I could not be more happier with the experience.

  Czar Yeung helped us buy our first home 4 years ago and is recently helping me refinance. Being the first home buyer, we were unfamiliar with all the details of the mortgage process. Czar is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and responsive, answering every question we had immediately and provided valuable advice. Czar is so easy to work with, making the whole process from pre-approval through closing easy. And on top of that, Czar was able to get us a great rate. I would recommend Czar to anyone I know!

  Terrible Customer service, applied for mortgage took all the documents required came back with some outrageous rates when the banker was questioned on why rates are so high compared to other places loan was denied saying documents were not verifiable total waste of time and effort. Ultimately went to another banker and received loan. Discrimination practices at it best as all customers approved only if they are Chinese with no bank documents or real income sources. Predatory banking practices stay as far away from this place as possible!
