      AVOID this branch. I was there morning for banking service. It’s a very big branch, but there are not employees to provide banking services. Only three people in line including me. Waiting for over 1 hrs. Sounds crazy! Never had this kind of experience at any other Chase bank branch.

      There should be a 0 star cause the customer service is just absolutely horrible. I went in filing a complaint that chase was going to send me a new card when I didn’t ask for one and this lady, Asian woman with long hair, was always giving me a horrible attitude, she kept emphasizing she has 30 minutes of work left and rushed me to go home and get my ID, and when I got my ID and gave it to her she told me she can’t help me? This is ridiculous.

      Location! Location! Location! This branch locate in the center of Flushing, a business district. Metro line 7 runs underneath and hundreds of shopping stores and dining spots for you!

      One of the worst experience I ever had. I am an existing customer in Chase. I was there in the morning around 9 to open another new account. There is no other client waiting. I was the only client. I told them the reason I was there for and I was told to wait. There is a banker came over and told me that they are shorted on staff so she cannot help me. She has an appointment soon. I have to go to other branch. I asked her how long I have to wait because I was there early morning and this is the closest branch near my home. She simply said I told you we are short handed. I suggest you go to other branch. I never seen a banker with such attitude and turn down customer like that. This experience reflects a negative Image on the bank on how they treat their customer.

      We were travelling and took a day trip into the city during a long layover. We needed money so we went to the ATM to get cash. This was a Sunday afternoon so I understand the bank portion not being open, but the entire area inside was littered with ATM receipts, there was an unmasked elderly man standing inside by the door and coughing, and a woman sitting in the middle of the floor asking for help who appeared to have pooped on a McDonald's bag next to her. C'mon Chase... secure your doors to a Chase card and/or hire security if you have a place where this happens.

      Excellent customer service! We met with Cong (Andy) Liu, he is one of the best! He was very engaging and helped us with all of our requests! We felt very comfortable and happy working with him! He deserved to be recognized! We got his business card and we will definitely come back to work with him whenever we need anything with Chase! All the relationship bankers should be like him. We are very satisfied and looking to working with him more in the future! 👏👏👏

      Wait time :c for specialized services. It's my day off man but I walked in already angry at another bank so it's not their fault. Wish there was a chair for people waiting. I stood around for 15minutes. I noticed it more because I was standing for so long. Any one who got assigned CPC Amy for their banker is very lucky.

      This bank has great customer services that you can ask your questions. They has self working machine that you don't have to wait in line. This Chase been to be the busiest one in Flushing due to its location. They won't take any new customers when the bank is one hour before closing from my experience.

      Please be very very careful when you go to this chase branch! Seriously! I just got robbed at this branch last month and it happened inside the lobby of the branch while the branch was still in business! The corporate and the branch manager were both careless about this terrible incident that happened to me at their branch and the branch manager was even worst that he did not even apologize for my loss at their branch. Their final answer to me after 3 weeks I filed the complaint was that they are not responsible for my loss! I have been their loyal customer for over 12 years and this is how they treated me. I’m done with Chase for the rest of my life! Be advised, avoid using this branch!!!!!!!

      Understand it’s covid so wait time to get on was a little long. Once got inside, I was told to wait 10 mins for someone to help with mortgages. After 40 mins, I’m still waiting for these ppl to end their party in the room. Happy and Understand it’s nice to have a loan for this couple to go thru successfully. But it doesn’t mean to have another person waiting outside for that long and asked to wait for another 20 mins. Need to upfront with the time. If it’s gonna be long, say so. Don’t just try to brush off with it’s gonna be fast, 10 mins wait. I don’t have a lot of 10 mins in the days for I have other errands and stuffs to do.
