  The line was still pretty long based on the location. But the workers were being very helpful. At least I can tell they were trying their best to help the customers. Unfortunately, the procedure of calling "TD phone service" was another story. Which the wait time could last for a fortune.

  Applied for a credit card here over 2 weeks ago. The status of my card should have been delivered to me within 7-10 days of my application; however, I never received it so I called TD Bank to search up the status. They told me they didn't have any applications connected to my name or SS number. I had to go and resubmit my application. They never sent in my application to open a credit card and had me waiting over 2 weeks.

  The worst for business banking, shady practices delaying or holding sending or receiving payments and reordering transactions in order to try to bounce transactions or to maximize ACH fees. Their IT is horrendous. Systems are always down or broken and insecure. Go to HSBC or Chase instead where they don’t play games and take security more seriously.

  Not only did I come here because another branch called in advance to help me get some checks because they were currently out of them. I get to this location and the lady helping me was asian and also very racist. I am Spanish. I was waiting in the lobby area for about 20mins when another man from her background walks right up to her desk sits down and she was attending him with no problem. If it wasn't for the another customer service rep helping a client out that was non Asian notifying her that I was waiting she would have helped him. She seemed so disturbed that she was being corrected by another customer service rep that when she came to help me she said she couldn't help me bc they didn't have any checks. When clearly the last branch I was coming from called prior to making the trip there. Such a waste of energy and I am just disgusted with this racist woman that if I wasn't saved things would have went sour real quick...wow I will never return to this location..FYI if you are of Hispanic decent do not come here these people are not welcoming to us!

  ON JUNE 19, between 9:00 am to about 10:30,, she is the only representative or manager at desk. The manager or the representative at Desk, (she is about 5'6"-5'7",Long Black hair, thin, at her late 30's or 40. Asian woman) .. I wish I wrote down her name, but I will post her name if I find out . This woman has NO interest in helping customers or what so ever, but making up all kinda excuses saying that she can not help you..( I told her, i was told by the TD bank telephone online customer representative to come to the branch for further assistance, The woman at TD bank desk said " I really don't why they sent you here for" ) Her Arrogant, nasty attitude SUCKS. She acts like she hates her JOB at TD bank. I had called TD bank to file a complaint .. Not only the line is always long and service is slow. You see all the tellers running around, but not doing anything to get transactions done faster. The front entrance is like a dirty fish market, garbage is all over the place at the entrance. I will never do any banking in this NASTY , crowded bank,,

  Avoid at any cost ! Worst customer service award goes to this location hands down. If TD bank officials ever care about their customers then they will change all the staff at this location.

  Have been waiting for more than 2 hours to get a rep on Saturday. They should have hired more people, especially in a downtown branch, and its for weekend as these are the busiest days in the week!

  Excellent service and they work hard opening to closing all employees. Busiest branch in queens.

  Bad service. Treat outside look Americans bad( only in flushing TD bank), they performed like they r Americans and treated us as the lower classpeople. And yesterday we waited on their customer sofa 1and a half hour. God
