      Very bad service. Employees here are very rude and I’m professional. They asked mine ID , but forgot to give it back to me , and kept looking for excuses..... Be careful when u here doing something.

      The ATM machine ate my money! When I finally got to the teller (30 minute line) she could not do anything. I have to call customer service to get my money credited to my account which will take 2-3 weeks!

      As if the line never ends! when i first came to this branch i thought they giving out free bills! Isn't obvious yet for BOA that there should be bigger branch for this area!
