  Excellent! Darren and his time were excellent to work with. I had an onslaught of VA refinance offers. I almost accepted a very good rate from my own mortgage company. But they did not send me a load of junk mail and nonsense. They instead kept working with me and retuning my calls and emails. So I trust them and I recommend them.

  Working with Darren and his team was great. Being a Realtor it is such a breath of fresh air not having to continually follow up with lenders. They kept me updated on the status of processing. They checked in frequently and was wonderful to work with. I would absolutely recommend them again and again.

  UPDATE 9/19/19: Not only have I sent clients to Darren and the Summit Lending team, but I've now used them personally for a mortgage. Of course, everything was perfect. Timely communication by multiple members of the team, courteous answers to any questions, and a closing earlier than I expected. Oh, and of course it was a great rate as well! Don't waste your time with others, just call Summit. I have referred over 75 clients, friends, and family to Darren Copeland and his team members over the last 4+ years. All were treated with the utmost care and respect while receiving efficient, professional, and accurate service for their mortgage. I've interacted with dozens of lenders in our area and none match the standard set by Darren and his team. When working with them, you won't be sold a mortgage product, they will consult with you to deliver you the appropriate product for your needs. Compare lenders if you must, but you'll not find better.

  Darren and his team are amazing! We went back to Darren to refinance our home and saved us almost $150/month! We were for sure doing the happy dance! They answered all questions throughout and were very communicative. If we happen to refinance again in the future, he will be our first phone call!
