  In late 2020, I decided I wanted to purchase my first home. I needed more space and fresh air to work from home, but had concerns about spending too much of my savings on a down payment. Jill and her team made the process quick and easy! Jill is transparent, a great communicator, and uses simple online processes for digital signatures. We decided on a loan program and rate that worked great with my budget. In two months, I was working from my new home with a big backyard. Just over a year later, I'm still very proud to be a homeowner. Thanks Jill!

  The entire Movement Mortgage team and especially Jill Underwood are the best in the business. As a home buyer the last few days before you close are horribly stressful and the last thing you need is for your Mortgage company to call and tell you there’s an issue. Well Jill Underwood and her team all but eliminate that issue. I will use her over and over again for all my mortgage needs. Jill you are the best.

  I am a real estate agent in a tough market for buyers. I always refer my buyers to Jill, but sometimes they come to me with their own lender. When this happens, 9 X out of 10, we come close to losing the house /loan because they’ve done something incorrectly. I call Jill and she helps me /my buyers. Even though they aren’t her clients, she is on the phone with us talking through ideas to help. She has saved every single one . Most of the time my buyers move over to her.   Jill was a fantastic resource for me as a first timer. From the initial application, during the home search, and all the way through loan underwriting. For each contract offer I placed, she was able to send me an updated pre-approval form within 10 mins. Every. Time. This was a stress reduction when all else was a roiling cesspit of uncertainty. She also proactively acted in my best interest when she locked in my interest-rate immediately after going under contract. She saw that rates likely to spike. If I had waited to lock in until closing docs were signed, I would have ended up with another Point on my rate. If you apply for a loan through Jill, you will receive prompt answers and an uncommon kindness in an otherwise cold and stifling seller's housing market. My recommendation is to do yourself a favor in these wild times and sign up with Jill.
