  BAIT AND SWITCH THEN DISAPPEARED! When Wendy first reached out to me. She advised I qualified for a down payment assistance program based on my initial credit score. I was clear with her and confirmed I was qualified for this program, and she said yes. I finished up the paperwork, and took care of an item on my that was on my report....then found a home!!! When my real estate agent called her to get some info, the story changed. I now needed to come up with 3.5%. I reached out to her for clarification and in 6 days, she did not return 2 texts, a phone call and 2 emails. I found out from my new lender that she pulled my credit report twice (I did not give her permission or know she was pulling the 2nd time) and it lowered my score to the point that I don't qualify for any programs now. I lost the home in a seller's market and homes are hard for buyers to find. WENDY IS TERRIBLE!
