  The employees working in this branch are always super nice and friendly. I worked with Dustin today - super nice guy! It feels good to not be treated like a number sometimes, and Dustin and his staff were awesome in not treating me like a number. Keep up the awesome work, and thank you for installing that new ATM too! :). (Reposting my review - had to delete previous review because I used my work email in error.)

  Great bank! Been with them for years and have always had such great customer service from them! You can tell that they truly care about you as a customer and you’re not just a number like you are at some of those big banks. Have referred a lot of people to them because of my experiences with them!

  I opened my account in another branch a year ago, had no contact with Dustin for almost a year just did my daily banking tasks. He contacted me and told me he moved to this branch, it was the first time a banker called me and gave me his updated address. Customer care, another level, making friends. So I gave him a visit here and got so much done In less than an hour. Thank you for your help.

  I bought my home on a "For Sale by Owner" and purchased on my own. It was a lot of work, time and somewhat frustrating . A realtor friend dirrected me to Matthew Heard for financial help. Matthew was great to work with and made the process easy. I returned to Matthew a year later to refinance and again he made it easy and quick. I appreciate Matthew and would recommend him to anyone.

  I highly recommend this bank location solely for the interaction I had with an assistant manager, Mr. Dennis Williams. As a young widow, the deposits I bring into the bank are often more complicated than most. In the final settling of my late husband's affairs, I went into this location for some guidance and help with an escrow check. Mr. Williams was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. I will continue banking with Central Bank for several reasons, but the service from bankers like Mr. Williams is at the top of that list.

  Great teamwork to get our loan processed, I was always in the loop at what stage our loan was in the works. Responses from Mikayla, Carrie and Susanne were always very prompt. Highly recommend working with Central Bank!
