  Working with Lisa & Scott at Summit Lending was the best. First of all they found the best product for our situation & saved us $600-700 a month on our mortgage payment when we refinanced with them. They kept us posted through the whole process and whenever we had questions, one or the other got back to us right away. And we were so grateful for the lender credit and the free appraisal they gave us which decreased our out of pocket fees. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Summit Lending.   I have worked Lisa Alley with Summit Lending twice: for first home purchase as well as second home. She is very professional, responds very quickly and translates some of the more cryptic language and customs in real estate. I sincerely appreciated her patience and she remains a very responsive resource to random questions years after. Update July 2019: Lisa continues to be of invaluable service to me, she has just helped me re-finance to a huge monthly savings on my new property. I had no idea the rates were better and she contacted me to notify and walked me through the entire process. Much thanks!

  Summit Lending has put together a terrific team! Ryan Axe, Sherry Tatreau and Jewal Dayoan, My wife and I started talking about refinancing our home about four months ago. I made contact with another lending that was advertising on the radio due to the low interest rates that they were advertising. Little did I know that this company did not have it's own in house representatives but that they sold or gave our information to many lenders. Within about a minute of hitting send I received a phone call from a lender who stated that the rates that were advertised did not apply to my loan request unless I paid a buydown fee of $3,800.00. That was not going to happen. During the next 10 days I continued to receive phone calls morning, noon and night from many different lenders. I stopped taking there calls and held off on looking for a loan. Once we were ready to refinance we made contact with our bank, there interest rate was higher than our current rate, crossed them off the list, Then we contacted the lender we used to purchase the house. He told us he was not able to help us obtain a loan. With all of the negative information we received, we thought about just giving up. I remembered a radio ad that I heard that Lisa Alley put out that stated something to the effect of we have our own line of credit with our bank. So we decided to give it one last try. I contacted Summit Lending and spoke with Ryan, he knew his stuff. I being very apprehensive due to my past dealing asked a lot of different questions and we didn't always speak the same language but everything he stated he put in writing. The information he provided made sense and was inline with the costs we were anticipating to pay. So we pulled the trigger and went with them. Ryan guided me through the process and we moved the loan forward. Ryan always kept us informed. Once all of the paperwork that was required of us was completed we received a phone call and an email from Sherry. She was terrific. She also kept us informed via emails and was on top of every aspect of her job to move our loan thru. Jewal, even though we never spoke, she was the last person we received contact from to tell us the loan had by confirmed and was ready to close. This loan closed in under 30 days and everything that the team from Summit Lending stated was done on the exact date and times that they stated it would happen. I know that in speaking with Ryan and Sherry if I had any questions or concerns in regard to obtaining this loan that I could contact Lisa at any time. I never once felt that I needed to contact her. She has a very well oiled machine and her people were very professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you Summit Lending, it's refreshing to work with a business that puts its customers first.

  Super easy to deal with. I did most of our 'talking ' via text since I've got crazy hours. The whole group handling my loan were great. My existing loan was with a very.challenging company and summit didn't run away they helped me make my way through the bs.. would highly recommend

  I had the pleasure of working with Lisa for my refinance. Over the past five years I’ve had 2 purchases and 4 refinances and Summit has been by far the easiest and quickest loan. The endless extra doc requests and varying rates at the last second never happened which was very much appreciated!

  Great experience i had with Scott and his team. He was recommended by my sister and from the first phone conversation, he set me at ease. they were professional, knowledgeable and on top of that very friendly. Summit Lending was perfect and my house closed today and i am a new homeowner on my birthday. Best gift ever, now if they would pay my first mortgage payment i would give them a review daily!!!
