  Russel at BuyWise mortgage just got us our first home! We were going thru hell with other lenders, including quicken loans (hate!). Russel was on top of everything, very responsive, great at communication and got it done. He stayed late and was there on the weekends working to get us our loan. I was referred by a friend and I will be referring all my friends to them. I highly recommend this company. They're 100% on your side. Russel would explain everything, us being first time home buyers. They're not like other companies that rush through things and rush you off the phone. You are their priority. Thanks for everything!!

  My name is Rita, I started this journey as a 31-year-old that was working as a 1099 employee with a pretty bad credit score. I thought I would be able to get a mortgage rather quickly due to the amount of money I made a year, but that was not the case. I was referred to Josh through my Mortgage Broker, and before taking the leap of faith, I reviewed his team online. After reading the raving reviews, that validated my choice. From day one, he was professional yet friendly and relatable. Josh helped me through so many issues. From moving lenders to unforeseen circumstances. Needless to say, I was a difficult case but he was very persistent and his team was on the ball. They kept me informed every step of the way, even when my texts were coming in late at night. No one had a frustrated tone with me which was nice through moments of irritation, the jokes in between crazy moments were very helpful as well. Kept me laughing instead of crying! Buying a house was very invasive and pretty frustrating at times, most times but I’m glad I chose the right mortgage lender, that made the difference.   I had Josh help my wife and I get a VA IRRL refinance and him and his team did a fantastic job. Went smoothly, much faster then expected, and got one of the lowest interest rates possible. He didn’t hesitate to answer any questions and was always available to us even at odd hours. Highly recommend these guys!

  I’m a Veteran and found that every big lender had a close time of 45-60 days. In this market I lost multiple bids because nobody was willing to entertain those timelines. At Buywise we were able to close in under 30 (somewhere around 25 to be exact) This was the winning factor of us being able to purchase our home! They also beat out the rate of one of my major military credit unions that I was originally trying to go through. The team at Buywise not only worked with us, but they also helped out by talking to the sellers agent directly to clear any questions promptly! They answered all my questions (I had a lot) as a first time buyer. They are extremely professional and will go the extra mile for you! Thanks again to the entire team at Buywise!

  Buywise Mortgage is the best mortgage company around! Their team is solid. If you want to make sure that a transaction goes well from beginning to end then you definitely need to call Josh or Scott! I have done several mortgages with them and every single one has been a success and gone exactly as they said. Best mortgage company there is. Reach out to them today!!!

  AMAZING!! I was able to get my first home all made possible by Russel and his team at BuyWise. After being disappointed by a different mortgage company, I did some research and decided to see what BuyWise could do for me. Russel stayed in contact with me the entire time and was responsive in addressing all my frustrations and concerns. I admit I can be easily frustrated when there are hiccups but Russel helped to walk me through the process and explain everything in simple terms. I would also ask him the same questions multiple times on different days just to make sure I understood; he was patient and didn’t mind answering them over again. He was very professional throughout the entire process. Thank you for your patience! I appreciate everything!! Thanks again!!

I just finished refinancing both properties at the same time and close this deal with amazing rate Smooth transaction and close the deal within 30 days.   I have refinanced 5 times over 20 years, and it doesn't get any better than this! In spite of the frenzy at this time over refinancing, Josh and the team at Buywise were on top of it all the way through, made good on all promises, were responsive via email, phone and text, and inspired confidence the whole way through.
