  Eric Johnson, is a very patient , knowledgably and friendly loan officer. It was very important to me that he understood my situation as an aged senior individual. I have bin very pleased with his manner to communicate with me and letting me time to time know how my case is proceeding and what to expect next. It kept me calm and gave me a secure feeling. His manner to communicate gave me competence and felt that I can fully trust him asking anything I needed he explained calmly and clearly laying out the facts to me.   I recently worked with Marcus Powell at HighTechLending, Inc on a reverse mortgage. Marcus was very knowledgeable about reverse mortgages and the pros/cons. He was extremely gracious in helping me make the right decision. He also explained all the financial aspects thoroughly and answered my questions promptly and completely; if he didn't know the answer he researched it and got back to me quickly. I am very pleased with the service I received from Marcus and HighTechLending. I definitely recommend them, and will plan to use them in the future should the need arise.

  Thank God, that with a little on-line research, I discovered High Tech. From the very start I was promised a timely result. These guys are extremely professional and have the right attitude. They understand that there is a difference between just checking boxes versus putting a winning package together for a successful result. High Tech was responsive and answered the dozens of questions anyone analyzing this product probably will have. They completed the loan in just weeks and came through on all their promises. I was especially fortunate to have Marcus Powell as my loan representative. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced professional.

  Eric Johnson was very helpful; provided excellent, detailed information. He was knowledgeable, very personable and "went the extra mile". A+ HOWEVER, his support staff is in dire need of updating and training. They were not helpful; unnecessarily hindered the process. I will be cautious recommending AmericanSenior to friends and acquittances.

  So we have been looking everywhere for a loan company to help us get on a loan, and let me tell u it was very hard. We could not find anyone to help us out till we found High tech lending. When we called, there customer service were just amazing. They told us they would work hard to help us get on the loan and oh man did they, even though we were not able to get on a Regular mortgage due to the fact that my dad did not have any credit and was only getting Social Security witch I new we probably would not be able to get on one but Marcus Powell still tried for us witch was amazing Because all the other loan companies I called wasn’t even willing to try to help us get on a loan like high tech lending did. After not being able to get on a loan they did offer us some other options which I thought was great, they told us about getting on a reverse mortgage. At first I will be Honest I was a little unsure about a reverse mortgage. But After talking to Marcus Powell And him explaining everything about a reverse mortgage change my mind. We were told that If my dad builds up his credit and start bringing in more income that we would be able to get out of this reverse mortgage if we wanted to and get on a regular loan, and they would also help us with that which was even more amazing. At the time we were going through a battle and trying to save our home and with the courts only giving us like 90 days to do so or else we would have to sell our home which we were already in 60 days and only had about 30 days or more left. Marcus Powell and Dawn Thissen went above and beyond to make sure we were not going to lose our home they worked day and night and even on weekends to help us get this process done before we had to sell our home. Even though there was a lot we had to do on our end only because our will for our home was a little difficult they were right there with us. They walked you through everything step-by-step before you knew it, it was like they were family. If it wasn’t for High tech lending or should I say there Employees Marcus Powell and Dawn Thissen we would of lost our home. So if anyone is looking to get on a reverse mortgage or just a regular mortgage loan I highly recommend high-tech lending. And I just want to say thank u From the bottom of my heart for saving our home.
