  I worked with Kenneth from Stream Home Loan on a purchase and the the whole process from start to finish went very smooth. These guys are extremely focused when working on your loan. It's not like you have to give them your 8 digit file number so they can look up your loan, they know every detail about it. I could send Kenneth a message and 3 seconds later the three little dots would show up and he'd sent me a reply. Try getting that at Wells Fargo.
