  Just completed my refinance process for our primary and investment properties with Jonathan at Hometown. He's awesome & the entire process took roughly 3 weeks. Extremely professional, positive, friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout the process. All questions & concerns were answered and attended to expeditiously.   Karina was amazing to work with. Our situation was challenging & tedious, but Karina stuck with us and made sure we were taken care of through the entire process. I have bought several homes through local lenders and have never experienced the level of service as Karina and her team provided. I appreciate her for taking the time to explain everything to me! It was also fun connecting over our love for the gym! I will be sure to recommend and use them in the future.

  I really appreciate Nikki working hard for the last 3 months to help me close a jumbo cash out refi. I am self-employed and my situation is considered complex with C and S corporations. She skillfully provided solutions for several difficult conditions & was available to us whenever necessary. Nikki has been great from day one & is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and punctual when it comes to numbers and how lenders determine the cash out amount for refinancing. I highly recommend! She truly had our best interests at heart!

  I got the mailer and wasn't sure if it was a phishing scam, so I researched it and decided to at least talk to them. I already refinanced last year with my existing loan company and got the best rate they had at the time. I didn't really expect anything better than what I had but I was surprised after talking to and decided to explore it further. We filled out the preliminary paperwork and things just went so smoothly we decided to use them. We got an even better rate than last year and so much faster! The loan officer has to call me a couple of time to remind me to check my emails since I hadn't expected it to go so quickly. Anyway, I recommend them as a very professional and helpful company that answered all of my questions and made me feel very confident about refinancing just a year after the last time.

  Yes, the soliciting letter was misleading. But the result was wonderful. I hired LRH to refinance my mortgage. Brian is my broker. Although I have excellent credit scores, my employment history was not flawless. Interest rate was locked on 1/11, closing docs were signed and notarized on 1/25. Money was disbursed on 1/29. My mortgage rate was lowered from 4.1+% to 2.2+%. It's almost a half off. I don't care how it started. It ended well. And it was stress free as Brian promised.

  Just completed a refi of an investment property with Hometown. And I was very pleased with the professional and efficient manner of the Loan Assistant Kate and the Loan officer Heather. Everyone on their team was professional and very responsive in communicating to me the status of the loan. The rate quoted to me was excellent and I ended up lowering my monthly payment by 20%. The entire process took less than 3 weeks. Excellent performance by the Hometown team.
