  I highly recommend Alfredo Arteaga! Alfredo was very easy to work with when we purchased an investment property. First of all no matter how frustrated you might be he stays CALM! He’s a voice of calm, reason, and knowledge. He is a problem solver and creative when it comes to financing. We are about to buy another rental property and we would not dream of giving our business to anyone else. Highly recommended.

  Alfredo is one of the most patient and informative mortgage loan originators I've had the pleasure of working with. A lot of what I've dealt with in the past with regards to loans have gone over my head, especially with the jargon being used on contracts and terms, but Alfredo makes everything clear and easy to understand. He was constantly following up and open to questions that would pop up no matter what time of day. I felt comfortable asking questions no matter how silly it may have appeared and he was patient to answer all of them. If you want to work with someone, Alfredo is your guy!

  Alfredo is the best! I am a first time homebuyer and Alfredo seamlessly walked me through the entire process with ease. He was cool, calm, and collected throughout the entire process and was able to walk me through every action he makes. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares to explain, I’ve learned so much of the buying process just from him alone and will definitely be working together again soon.
