      Not happy with the new hours of 9-5 Monday through Thursday. How is this going to work for the working person? I might need to pull out and leave. How am I supposed to take out over $600.00 when you are closed at 5pm when most people are off at that time? Your ATM will not allow more than that. This is horrible customer service. I am ready to go to another credit union that can be available for in person Monday through Friday until 6pm.

While we have changed the hours at some of our branches, we maintain a variety of ways to reach us for secure account access: ATMs and Live Teller Connect machines (deposits, withdrawals and other transactions), online and mobile banking (payments, transfers and many other transactions), and our Call Center (all transactions you can conduct at a branch, other than a physical withdrawal or deposit). The Call Center, at 800-444-6327 is open extended hours for your convenience…from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Pacific time) Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Pacific) on Saturday.

      I am customer of this branch for over 7 years. About 3 weeks ago, I visited this branch to open a business account, I haven't heard back from them at all. I called 2 times but no luck. They didn't even bother to let me know what the result is. Today, I visited the other financial institution that I have account with, the manager of the branch really helped me and opened my account in less than 30 minutes. Not happy with this. I have to consider if I want to continue with this bank.

      Very polite and helpful staff. Notary public service available for credit union members for mere $10 per signature. As ex-Boeing employee, I'm glad NuVision has location in South Orange County. As a bonus, you can get also one page 2018 wall calendar!

      You cannot go wrong at New Vision! I have my car loan through them they also gave car loans to both my adult children, staff is wonderful and helpful, rates are extremely competitive, check them out you won't be sorry!
