  Adam Moore makes this process painless. You still have to sign a lot of papers, but he is prepared enough to make it as easy as you can. He is a very friendly and easy to get a long with. That makes all the difference when making such a big purchase.

  I'm giving this title company the lowest rating possible. I have used them in the past and they were great BUT this time I hired them to help w a for sale by owner transaction. After the deal fell threw I cancelled the contract and asked for my earnest money back. Which according to contract was due back to me. The title company never had my back and without permission gave it to the seller of the home when it was suppose to go to us the buyers. After many calls back and forth Bonnie Moon told me I'd have to go to small claims court to get the money back. I will never ever go back to them again... Ever
