  DiAngelo did a great job selling the Miata GT to me. Test drive went smoothly, the car was ready to go before I arrive there. While I was hesitating to make the actual purchase, he cleared my questions, found the car I needed, and got me a good deal. Fees are fair and transparent and there was no last minute surprise.

  Absolutely disappointing experience with Oak Tree Mazda, disinterested salespeople and terrible customer service. I ended up buying my car with a different dealership in the Bay area because of their lack of customer service and hospitality - both of which are essential in their line of business.

  Worst service ever! I would never buy through DiAngelo ever again. The team is not very fast to respond and answer questions. The finance manager Jay could really use some compliance and communication lessons. Being in California it’s important that dealers know the laws and reasons for doing things. Please - whoever owns this dealership... help give him some development tools so he can be better.

  Not a good experience on after sales when I relocated to Michigan from California. I have my prepaid maintenance with them but I can't service my vehicle outside Oka Tree Mazda. Ridiculous service. Even escalated to Mazda on the same and they are helpless too. Hope they will tell me to come and handover the vehicle at Oak Tree, California from Michgan when my lease expires. #BadserviceMazda #Badserviceoaktreemazda

  I just bought a new CX-9 here, and had the most amazing experience. Chris was such a great salesperson - personable, patient, and not pushy. I was able to trade in my old car and got a great value for it. The entire experience was seamless and no one there was trying to pressure me into anything I wasn't interested in. It was by far my best dealership experience I've ever had.

  Had a great experience buying my car at Oak Tree Mazda. Joel went the extra mile to find the right car in the right color and allowed me to test drive multiple configurations to pick what I wanted. I got an extremely reasonable offer on my trade-in and and excellent finance plan. All of which took minimal effort. The negotiation process didn't involve any delays or multi-hour excursions to "check with the manager" and this was overall the most efficient car buying experience I've had in recent memory.

  I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at Oak Tree Mazda. Surprising because I expected some level of frustration when it comes to the purchasing process. Working with Alex ended up being very efficient and to the point. The test drive process was adapted to pandemic (COVID) health standards. Alex was very responsive through email and phone. I did do a fair amount of research ahead of time and appreciated his upfront and honest style.

  I went to Oak Tree Mazda 2 weeks back just to have a test drive with the recently introduced 2014 CX-5. I was so impressed with the way the entire team Mazda in the office has handled my need. The receptionist was very responsive so as all the staffs who met me on my way. All of them greeted me well despite they were busy with their own routine. All of them are gentle, courteous, humble and very friendly. I want to special mention Mike Schwartz, who was the Sales manager handled my deal. I never intended to buy instantly and that was reflecting by my interaction, but it never impacted his behavior towards me. He has the same excitement in dealing with me, answering to all my questions, instead providing many information which I was not aware of. He was Techy as well as very informative about the new SUV. He was very patience with me, never tried to enforce any stuff like any typical sales people do (I had some not so good experience in many other dealers in Bay areas). He was excited to solve my needs, continuously asking me to help more. He spent almost 2 hrs. with me without a little bit of impatient. Finally I went ahead buying the vehicle in next week - it's a decision definitely because of the quality of the product + the courtesy of Mr. Mike. I am even more hopeful to have same enjoyable experience in future too. I recommend Oak Tree Mazda and Mr. Mike Schwartz for all people who are seeking for buying new Mazda vehicle.
