  Esther handled the loan for new home in 2017 and also the re-finance just recently. She was always on top of things and always look after the best of our interests which gave us a complete peace-of-mind. I would not done it with anyone else and will always work with The Loan Story.   Esther was one of the many originators/loan agents that I've reached out to. And she was by far the most responsive of all of them. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, and patient. I was a first-time home buyer, and she took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot), and was very available. If you go with her, she will absolutely be there to help you every step of the way, and you won't have to worry about response times or anything. It is true that a big factor when deciding on a lender is the loan originator/agent who will oversee the loan approval process. With Esther, you won't have to worry about that factor.

  For Consumers/General public - Esther (and her team) is the best loan officer I have met. She is super duper knowledgeable about the lending industry and she can get you the loans even in the least ideal situations. She has garnered respects from various lenders so she can get you the best rate and best services that many other will not be able to compete. For Realtors - You can always count on Esther to take great care of your home buyers. Again, she is smart & analytical and will do her best to get your clients' loan approved and on time. If you don't have a dedicated loan officer you recommend, definitely consider Esther. We highly recommend Esther and her team as a client and an industry affiliate.

  I have been working with Ruby and her team since 2002. I don't remember how many times of loan and refi she has done for us. In past 20 years what I did was just gave a call to her said please help me to do this loan or that refi, then left every other things to her. She always satisfies us in every perspective, even in some very complicated cases. She's trustworthy and reliable. Also I am also very glad to see Esther joined the team. She's active, energetic, and enthusiastic person. I bet you will never regret.

  I contacted Esther in 2017 for a mortgage loan after I almost lost the property I was in contract for. I was working with another agent at the time, but as soon as my offer got accepted, bad surprises started to appear. That is when I reached out to Esther, and to my surprise her rate was much better than the other agent I had initially worked with. When I started working with Esther, already 7 days was gone on my 30 day closing and the other agent had not even processed my application yet. I talked to Esther and explained the deadline that I had to meet, only a few days to remove loan contingencies. We sat down and she explained to me how she could do that and what I needed to do to make sure we could move forward quickly. The first night we got everything together, Esther was in her office until 12AM with us helping us to pull together the paperwork needed. I didn't expect that we would get a loan approval before the short contingency but her team really did it. I would highly recommend Esther. She is very professional, knowledgeable about the loan products, and very quick to respond to any inquiries. Her communication is clear and transparent and gave us continuous support even in the evening and on weekends. On top of that I'm so happy I got the best rate. My real estate agent was even wondering how she could offer such a great rate and wanted to partner with her. So happy with the team, you will not regret choosing them!
