  Yvonne is extremely helpful and educated me different options for my mortgage. She was very patient as I provided different scenario and looked for a solution that can best match my financial situation. While going through the process (covid time), my bank placed a note on my credit report without my awareness. Her team went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and expedite the process. I had purchased multiple houses in the past and never knew/had this pristine and positive mortgage brokerage experience. Her team is rapid in responses and pleasant to work with.   Wow, wow WOW!!! Jason was THE MOST responsive loan rep I've ever worked with. From our very first discussion he seemed to ask all the right questions, gave us lots ideas and suggestions, promptly responded to every question and he got us into a GREAT refi loan. The quickest, most seamless loan we've ever had and I don't plan to use anyone else. We're now working on a mortgage for a home in Southern CA - we're halfway through and so far the process has been just as seamless. I LOVE the Loan Story and especially working Jason Elliott!!!

  The Loan Story was recommended to me by my realtor for my first home purchase, a daunting task for someone who has no experience with the market. I shopped around for rates and pre-approval from several lenders including America’s top-rated broker service as well as my own personal credit union (names redacted), but no one could beat the rates and lending amounts that were guaranteed by the Loan Story. My favorite part of the experience was during the pro-approval process – I was expecting a large pay raise which was not yet reflected in my pay stub during the pre-approval process. Nevertheless, Esther was able to project the loan amount based simply on a letter from my firm reflecting my new salary. In addition, Esther also anticipated the Federal Reserve interest rate cuts and incorporated this into my pre-approval interest rate – even before it was announced! Such quality of service and attention to detail helped me to secure the best rate that I could find in the market. Finally, when crunch-time came for final approval and funding, I was worried about timing and turnaround. Although Esther was my main point-of-contact at the Loan Story, when she needed to take care of some personal matters her mother (Ruby) stepped in and was completely caught up with my application before even talking to me on the phone. This surprised me because I am used to the bureaucracy of big businesses, where a customer often has to answer the same question multiple times upon talking to different people. I would also like to mention how professional their Pipeline Manager Paul was – I had a lot of questions as a first-time homebuyer and he was patient and attentive to all my needs. Paul even went beyond the call of duty to contact the lender to push through my funding when the lender was slow to fix a mistake that it had made. This is by far the best homebuying experience that I could have asked for. I am a very wary person when it comes to trust, and from the beginning of my home-buying process I knew that trust would be the most important factor when it came to selecting the right broker. Their integrity in doing business is only eclipsed by their dedication to the moral and virtuous principles of living a proper Christian life. I highly recommend and will definitely seek their services again in each future home purchase. This is an example of how small businesses make America a better place. What I liked most about the Loan Story: • Expertise and professionalism in ALL staff • Personable experience, even responding to my requests late at night • Quick responses and follow-up to both email and calls/texts • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs/answer my questions • Fast turnaround for all requests • Honest and reliable information

  This is a long overdue review, but we've finally got some time after settling into our new home with a lot of help from The Loan Story! Thank you so much to Esther, Rachel, and Paul throughout this whole process! If you're like me, don't know where to start, and just going on Yelp to find some help, I guarantee you'll be satisfied with The Loan Story and Esther. From the beginning I was lost at how to even begin the process, but they were so patient to explain the entire process and walk us through it. They made a very complex and confusing process so simple, and they took care of us to make sure we got the best rate possible for our situation. To me it seemed like we were working with friends and not just someone random. Go with The Loan Story and you won't regret it!
