She makes an overly complex process simple and easy to understand, takes the time to answer all of your questions, and makes sure you understand what you're signing.   Great experience re-financing my mortgage. Tina is super professional - amazingly fast and responsive. The entire process was super smooth and went like clockwork. Some things that especially stood out: -My first call with Tina that lasted 5 mins. Tina gave me an interest rate quote that never changed -The subsequent emails that got the process rolling. I had to spend an hour putting together the docs. But that was it. -Proactive guidance from Tina along the way on docs, appraisal, loan closure etc which gave me confidence through the way All in all, start to end within 18 days - and that during christmas / new year time. Highly impressed !
