  Steve helped me through my loan process from the early stages of "thinking about it" all the way to final closing and after. He was honest with me and kept me informed every step of the way. He was patient and treated me more like a family member than a client. He was well informed and able to answer all my questions. He was always quick to reassure me when I would get anxious over something I didn't understand.   We highly recommend Steve Holland, OVM Financial, for your next loan. Steve went the extra mile and provided excellent service for our mortgage loan. He was available after hours/on weekends, answered our questions and explained everything in a way we could understand, and just made the entire process so much easier. We live several hours from Steve's office and used his services based on a recommendation. Documents were signed online, so distance made no difference at all.   In 2015, I was an Active Duty Service Member buying my first home. Navigating the world of finances, mortgages, and military requirements/ restrictions/ benefits through the VA was a daunting and confusing experience. In stepped Steve Holland, absolutely nailing the experience from my perspective. What set him apart from others I dealt with was his ability to not only quickly put me at ease by accurately answering questions, but his eagerness to follow up and follow through at every step. There were so many instances in the process where he was calling me before I called him, a characteristic I consider his top quality. From beginning to end, he chaperoned, managed and advised as if I was his only client, and that is something ridiculously difficult to accomplish in any business. Steve was such a great asset to my homebuying/ financing journey that I didn’t hesitate to use his services again when it was time to refinance six years later. The experience on the second try was just as excellent. Recommend his services? I see no alternatives to him!
