  Honesty and commitment are very rare character traits this days...Picking Bill as our loan officer was the best decision we ever took. He told us what was needed to be done from our first meeting, and work with us a whole year to get us there. Today we are sitting at our dream home! Forever grateful for his amazing kindness and because we got our home, better credit and an amazing friendship! Thank you Bill, you are the best!!!

  I didn't know what to expect when it was recommended I use Old Virginia Mortgage Company, but I had no problems as they guided me through the process, and I do mean guided. When they were looking for forms or documents, they immediately sent an email request and explained the what and the why. It felt effortless and I was guided through the process of a refi. I would recommend, anyone, to OVM.

  OVM has a great team. I was able to pay $10 less for a mortgage then I was in rent. Being a first time home buyer I felt the process was fast. I was able to get my short sale purchase in just under three months.

  Bill Lowden was incredibly helpful in every step of the loan process, always promptly responding to questions and explaining the documents that OVM required to close out the loan. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking out a loan, especially military. Him being prior service, he was particularly understanding of purchasing a home while being pressed for time. My wife and I can’t thank him enough for all the help he provided in our home buying process!
