I have to admit I had a good experience. I will also say that the salesman who helped me was very patient and knew his way around the store and where everything was. I was also pleased that he did not try to act like he knew anything more than he did. Unlike other a few salesman there trying to sell guns in which they had no clue about the weapon system. For example one salesman was trying to sell a guy the legion p229 and the legion p226 but had no clue what was different about the the two weapons in relation to the other sigs and what makes the gun so expensive. Instead he just noted the obivious but couldn't explain the changes or the why behind it. I wanted to step in and actually show the differences but instead just waited for the buyer to move on so I get the legion Sig I wanted. Was a great Prince. Though I did notice some weapons were way overpriced.

The range "master" ignored me while he just disgustingly hit on my fiancé and offer her private lessons. He has zero respect. I purchased my firearm there and get treated with zero respect from everyone except the range master that's normally there. Do your job buddy and leave the family units to themselves. ;) Their loss, another would be customer that will never be back and will happily spread the word. The Armory on Indian River has much better prices and and much easier to work with.

I have bought multiple weapons here. I have paid cash as well as used there layaway system for weapon purchases. They have a huge selection of weapons as well as a great knowledgeable staff. You will leave happy and you will go back. No reason to go anywhere else.

I stopped buying guns there and may pick up some hard to find ammo or accessories from time to time.I stopped buying guns there because they dont seem to value long standing customers who have spent thousands with them. I bought 5 guns from them and when it came time to sweeten a deal on a DPMS 308, they wouldnt work with me, not even $100. I was like whooooa really? Ive spent $8000 with you guys and I cant get a discount on a rifle thats almost $2000? The salesman reply was that they have customers who spend close to $100,000 a year on stuff, so what was I saying? I said fine and started using another shop as an FFL and started ordering my rifles online. That rifle is still there on display looking stupid because no one wants that model rifle anymore. I just hate living in military towns because businesses such as these know it will always have a steady flow of customers no matter what so they take you for granted. Its got this "HUrry up and buy!" feeling that I dont like. I feel sorry for any of these gun shops if someone decides to build a store like Parallax Tactical in San Diego or Stoddards in Atlanta, where they take customer service to another level and appreciate your business.

So I just called the store and the guy who answered didn’t know how much it cost to shoot their. He transferred me to the range and the guy working the range on 12/28/19 was so rude and literally talked me out of shooting there. He basically told Me the range was full and I’d be waiting waiting a few hrs. A lane was down and they had a CCW class going on. I wasn’t even going to shoot there today but I’ll be up there all week. I’ll go somewhere else. I asked if I could shoot my own ammo and he snapped “‘MY GUNS MY AMMO YOUR GUNS YOUR AMMO.” I didn’t ask that.... just all around I think this place sucks.

They're a bunch of crooks. Spent 600 on a trigger that damaged a 2000 gun. When I tried to return it the essentially told me get bent. Even the old man went to jail for selling stolen guns they're still running a racket.

Was recommended by several friends to come here to get a gun. Staff was more than helpful and willing to take the time to help me out along with everyone else. They had over 30 people trying to look at guns and maybe a dozen people behind the counter but they got the job done in all the chaos. Will buy guns from them in the future.

I came in looking at a PPQ M2 9mm and one of the guys (former seal) showed me the sig P226 Legion edition! Amazing gun! Great customer service. Pretty cheap range. By the way the MSRP is 1427 on the P227 Legion. They had the best price in town at 1098.

Just visited this shop for the first time today and found that the place was well stocked on firearms, ammunition and accessories. Staff was quick to respond but tended to hover. The one thing that really bothered me however was that most everything was marked at MSRP or over 10% above MSRP on most items, and completely overpriced on some others. In one case, they had a PTR-91 on the wall which was marked for $1700, which is $800 over retail. When asking a rep about the disparity, I was told flat out to buy it somewhere else if I didn't like the price. Given the options available in the area to buy, or to FFL in something from online, I was taken aback by these prices, especially since Academy is across the street.

Nice place. Not crazy about pawn shop being a part of it, but hey, it's all good. Huge weapon selection and some very helpful as well as knowledgeable staff. They have a shooting range and prices pretty reasonable.
