  I cannot thank Jessica Payne Carney enough for assisting us with our Mortgage Loan! With this crazy market right now the loan process was made to be the least of my worries. We are first time home buyers and the process was made so easy and smooth for us which really took a lot of the stress off. Our offer was accepted 7/10/21 and we closed on 8/9/21. Great communication and very professional left us feeling in great hands. I highly recommend Jessica and OVM as your lender! Thank you to all of the OVM team that made this happen!!!

  My experience working with Jessica Carney and Laura with OVM was amazing. Jessica worked with me closely to determine the best loan for my budget and needs. I was a first time home buyer and was excited and nervous all at the same time. Jessica made me feel comfortable and answered all 1 million of my questions!!! Jessica and Laura kept me updated with the status of my loan, up until closing day(and even afterwards) I highly recommend OVM for all of your mortgage needs, and i will refer friends and family to Jessica.

  OVM worked diligently for over 3 weeks on my closing and Kaylan and Laura answered every question I had along the way. They were very helpful in providing an itemized list of the documents I needed to provide for the loan to close. The staff at OVM was friendly, courteous and nothing but helpful. If you need a loan officer and a company to help you with a mortgage OVM is the place to contact. You can only give a five star 🌟 review. To me they are 10 stars 🌟 out of 5 stars 🌟.

  Ben and his team did a phenomenal job! They got me approved for more than other banks were willing to do and with a great rate. They kept in touch with me and answered any and all questions I had during the whole process. By far a 5 star team !

  I’ve known Ben Temple since we purchased our new home in 2012. This month, we just did our mortgage refinancing on that same house, and my wife and I agreed to give our business to Mr. Ben Temple again. Why? Ben is not just a Real Estate professional, but one of those who have the heart and dedication to his craft. He was extremely proactive to accommodate our needs successfully throughout the process. Would I recommend his service to others who are considering buying, selling, and refinancing a home? The answer is “YES”! In a world where you don’t know who to trust, I will give him a 110% trust rating based on our experience. He went his way to provide us an exemplary customer service.
