  Stephanie Cypert at Southwest Funding is phenomenal!! She worked with us for over a year in helping us get our financing worked out and getting the home we wanted. She was so good about explaining everything to an average Joe like me and being on top of every detail before any issues arose!   Stephanie is amazing! If you are looking for a loan officer that knows her stuff then look no further. She went above and beyond on my last 2 houses, she will be honest and not just tell you what you want to hear,she will give you the good and the bad possibilities in every situation. I still have questions to this day about something and she responds promptly; months after closing. When I refinance it will be with her , if I ever get another mortgage it will be with her! Do yourself a favor and give her a call 📞

  After a lifetime of great credit life threw us a curve ball. We found ourselves having to file bankruptcy and our credit was ruined. Our house was paid for but with bad credit it was impossible to get an equity loan. Until, Stephanie. She was amazing, she got us approved for an arm loan & said in a year or so when our credit improved she could get us into a fixed rate loan. True to her word & with our much improved credit we were approved in a fixed rate loan. Stephanie was awesome, she worked so hard on our behalf & we can't thank her enough.
