  Jay with HiFi hard money lending, was a life saver for me. I was shy of getting my money together for my recent investment purchase and didn’t want to loose the great deal I had found.   I found HiFi, while looking to get a transaction funded as a flip. I dealt directly with Jay, the president of the company and I appreciated being able to get to the decision maker, directly. The application was straight forward, and I was able to present terms to Jay that were mutually beneficial, and he accepted them. We ran into some snags with the February freeze, and needing an extension to complete the transaction and Jay was very helpful in extending the loan period for us, which allowed us to complete the transaction. Not only do I recommend HiFi, I am working on securing a deal now, and plan to use them to fund this transaction as well. Very highly recommend them.

  I am a first time and now, second time, hard money user with HiFi Hard-money. A few months ago, I was presented with an opportunity to buy an off market property at a very good price, with the potential to immediacy turn it for a nice profit. However, I wasn’t going to have my offer accepted unless I could close in less than ten days, and I didn’t want a long term conventional mortgage either. When speaking to a friend about the situation, she suggested a “hard money” loan. I had never heard of such a thing and was very interested. She referred me to Jay at HiFi and he explained how everything worked. At first, it seemed too good to be true, and I had a lot of questions. It’s not a traditional loan, and some aspects took him explaining it a couple of times. But, in the end, it helped me to win this deal and turn a nice profit. The company is very professional, but also personable too. So, the next time I found an opportunity, I just picked up the phone and called Jay and it worked so easily. I would recommend this team to investors, both new and seasoned. And, I’m sure these two times won’t be the last for me. Update: we have now used HiFi Hard Money for a 3rd time! We are winning the contracts with super fast closing, with CASH offers! Jay is the best, and he makes me feel like a pro at this now! Life is great, when you love what you do, and do what you love! HiFi makes dreams reality!
