  If I could leave negative stars I would!!! This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks! LOTS of fees not disclosed in the beginning or up til now, and promises to deal with it and give our store credit and still waiting weeks , called land left Cheryl multiple messages and not a return call yet!!! Stay away from this company

  Just received a call from Talus Payments. The Lady that contacted me stated that she was calling local businesses. I informed her that i have a local number but i operate out of Arizona. The Lady ask if i accept checks or credit cards. I replied i do not. She then asked if i think i will every be large enough too?? I explained i use Veiwpost through Bank of America. This lady obviously didn't care about Me, My company or Talus Payments. The Fact that she was so rude and condescending is a testament to how this firm operates. I asked to be removed from their solicitation calls and the Lady yelled at me " I Will " and hung up. WOW I blocked their number.

  Horrible fraudulent company!!!! They lied when I ordered the machine. They are trying to continuously pull money from my bank account for equipment I sent back by fed ex with THEIR label. They have cost me over $200 in bank fees for a machine I NEVER used that has been returned to them. They told me I wouldn't be charged unless I used it. This is a complete LIE!!!! I have been charged ever month and even with everything being cancelled and returned they are still trying to charge me. I have to pay my bank to stop payment. Talks owes me $240. Oh by the way, good luck trying to speak to a manager I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A CALL BACK FROM ONE FOR A MONTH NOW!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

  Someone called asking to speak to the owner. The owner does not work here. (We communicate through texts and phone calls.) The sales woman was extremely rude when I asked if I could help her or give him (the owner) a message. She literally hung up on me. I called the owner and warned him what a horrible company this is. Because of this rudeness, he said he will never do business with Talus Pay.

  I would give this business a negative 10. The worste company iv ever delt with by far. First of all they take forever to process transactions, they keep you on hold all day, they have charged me a stupid amount of fees, they sent me an email that my account will stop working becuase i sell cbd products so i got another company to accommodate my business they said they would send me a box to return the old equipment in which they never did and then decided to charge my account 800 dollars, this company is rediculous and i will make sure everyone knows about the crooked company

  I have used Talus Pay at Dealer Alternative (Fort Worth's #1 Independent Honda and Acura specialist) for several years. I had a question concerning logging into our merchant account, it was answered quickly and with 100% accuracy and now I can log into my account.
