  Too bad you can't give negative stars because this is the absolute worse mortgage company!!!! Closing was rescheduled four times and on the day of the actual closing they still did not have the information correct, which caused us to spend 4-1/2 hours at the lawyer's office with him having to tell them what the correct figures were among other things. Information had to be constantly resent to them because they cannot keep up with it. Do yourself a favor and use someone else or you will be dealing with a huge headache.

  I was really happy and greatful that I met Pat Brown of Southwest Funding in Albuquerque, NM. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable with what he does. He is very welcoming and explains everything to us especially as a first time buyer. One thing that strikes the most is his responsiveness whether you email, text or call him, he replies fast.
