  Kate Emerson is MAGICAL! As a first time home buyer, I was overly stressed, confused at times, overwhelmed, all the emotions. Kate was amazing with her communication and ability to explain things in a way I could comprehend. She mad me feel like I was her only client at times! She also communicated awesome with my realtors and was true to her word. She made time for me, never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother (even with the silly questions :) ). She is wonderful and truly cares about her clients. She works hard for YOU and I would 100% go through the home buying process with her again and again. Although, I am good for now!

We were able to do almost everything online and over the phone - which made things easier for us and kept all parties "safe" (through Covid-19 social distancing regulations).   I think the bottom line has to be simply that Sheree Busby cares. Not just about the end result, but the journey of the client also. Communication, follow-up and follow through from beginning to end. Especially important for first time buyers... she made working through any complication that arose less stressful.
