  Personnel makes or break a company . Julie Toney has been helpful to all our concerns , Always smiling and patient . She is knowledgeable , would not stop until we resolve an issue. Customer service superb!! Always a pleasant to be in the bank with her and on the phone. Keep up the good job!!

  I have been with First Community for over 30 years. I have had many home fix-up loans, car and RV loans. Lamont in the North Bend Branch as well as the FSR's and tellers Barbara has helped nearly everyone in my family over the years. A Credit Union really cares about you and they treat you like gold. Really, every branch I have been in is lovely clean and professional. If you need a place with full service and doesn't nickel and dime you go to First Community
