  Long wait time which is probably due to short staffing, but I did appreciate how professional and efficient Sam was with my transaction & others. I had noticed STCU offering IRA accounts and wanted to know if they had the Roth version. She got me a print out showing all the different accounts and I will probably be back soon to sit down with someone ☺️

  Best bank ever! After waking up to my checking account being over drafted and promptly having a panic attack, I drove to my closest STCU branch where I met Samantha! Not only did she calm me down and immediately figure out what the issue was but she also took the time to ask about my life all while typing away! 30 minutes later with a new card in hand, I walked out smiling and ready for the weekend ❤ Thanks Samantha D

  I've been going to this bank for a long time and I've gotta say, whenever Cami serves me I regret coming in. Her attitude and body language shows that she'd rather be somewhere else and that I'm annoying her. I work in fast food so I understand that good customer service is hard sometimes but this is consistent.

  I love STCU. It is easy to get to for me. Asher, my service dog, loves their dog cookies. They are ultra friendly and if you make a mistake, they don't make you feel dumb...they just clear everything and start over. Start an account today and watch your money grow! Mine is! I would say, "See ya in line"...but there rarely is one.

  They are willing to work with you on payments as long as you call to let them know your financial situation. Very friendly and helpful, especially if you're trying to pay off overdraft fees.

  dont know about this branch. inside once you get into a branch , if you can get to a branch, everything is lovely. but telehone banking is the worst telephone custo mer service i have experienced including amazon comcast ebay paypalllbean talbots nothing is as annoying as stcu and nobody promises more than stcu. 45 minutes or more is typical. i end in tears everytime . it is dreadful. it is incompetence , plain and simple did i mention the soundtrack the mandatory angst provoking noise ? im going to find another bank no stars . no stars too many wasted hours .... so many .

  Solid 5 stars in my opinion, couldn't ask for a better place to do my banking. Customer service is outstanding, very knowledged, and will go out of their way to help. Been with STCU for years, thank you for being there!

  I applied for a loan with their "quick online services." It has been OVER TWO WEEKS, and I still do not have an answer. A lady only calls me while I am at work and does not answer when I call her back. I even leave her a message and she does not respond until TWO days later when I am working again. It's as if they are doing this on purpose. Sent STCU a message on their website since they are always too busy at their locations to assist me. All I need is a yes or no answer. On the verge of switching to a different credit union.
