  I really love this bank. They are always friendly and helpful. All the tellers at this branch are great. Love that its a smaller branch always feel like they know me and I wouldn't bank any where else.. Keep up the great job...

  Worked with Mohamed, the Manager and Vice President at Banner Bank at Division St on a commercial lending opportunity. He made the process easy and smooth. He was so eager to get me taken care of as efficient, fast, and painless as possible. Because of his knowledge and confidence, he will be my go to guy for any business banking needs.   Please train Gwen better on how to withdraw money from someone’s account. After almost 10 minutes she finally figured it out. I even provided my account account On the withdraw slip before she even started. This bank is truly slipping on training and customer service

  The slowest ever been to!. It's awfully long wait times. Since changes in staff has gotten real bad service times. Not liking this branch anymore. Too frustrating to go here. 20-30 min drive thru is ridiculous...Slow processors..

  Banner Bank helped us with getting a HELOC recently. Mohamed Rashed assisted us, and the process was quick and seamless. He was knowledgable, and answered all our questions. He was also available to us whenever anything came up. He was also able to get us a great rate! Thank you!

  Everyone should have a banker like Mohammed in their life. He has always been there for us with any questions we’ve had as we’ve done different projects on our home.
