  Worst service. Slow. Doesn’t care about customer needs. Been with BOA 15 years and they just dragging their feet. Only person worth a dime is ALDO the guy at the front who has a sense of urgency. He did everything to help me while his management acted like we customers work for them. The manager walking around twirling her keys instead of taking initiative to role up her sleeves and help. THANK YOU ALDO FOR TAKING 5 MINUTES TO WIRE TRANSFER MY HOUSE DOWN PAYMENT. Sorry that your management dragged their feet and enjoyed their seniority meaning they don’t have to get in the trenches anymore.

  I've been waiting over 30 minutes and there is only one teller. The manager is out for two months, the woman that left for lunch wasn't able to take her lunch all day, and to top it off the manager helping out the branch has limited authority to assist. There is always a long line in this branch. Something needs to be done for the sake of customer service.

  This is the worst bank ever! The staff are so rude, lazy and knows nothing about the policy and finance. I don’t even know how this people manage to get this kind of jobs. They gave me wrong information, all they can say is "WE CAN"T DO That" and I had to sick help from another branch to sort out things with them. This branch need to be close down or reconstruct under new management.

  Worst Bank of America I've been to. Was told to sit down and wait for next customer service rep. 20 min later was told by another very intelligent person that we needed an appointment and to leave. I will never be back and urge anyone else to stay away.

  I have been waiting for 40 minutes for a cashiers check.. there is absolutely no sense of priority unless they are about to close.. a young lady sitting behind the glass not doing anything for 20 minutes was sure she got up to lock the door right at 1 pm

  I hope I never have to go back to this store again. I witnessed how such a disrespectful banker told a Hispanic we cannot take you today we are closed. This Hispanic lady had been waiting inside of the bank before they closed the door!!!! She was with three kids and all she wanted to know was the email linked with her account because she forgot it!!! Really!!!?? How poorly educated you have to be to do this!!!

  I was standing in line when the gentleman at the help desk insisted that I get out of line to do my transaction at the ATM out front. After attempting to do my business card transaction on the ATM and finding that I can only do my transaction at the tailor, I had to stand in line for an additional 15 mins.

  The lady told me someone will assist me in one moment.... and then I waited for one HOUR! Then a guy told me another lady will come help us in ten minutes, after 10 minutes the lady tell me that I should wait for the guy to help me. Endless waiting. Worst experience ever. Will never come back again. Don’t waste your time here, go to another boa.

  This was the worst experience I have ever had at a bank location. The customer service was the worst. The service from the teller, to the manager was hurriable. I should have checked the rateing before I entered. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

  I didn’t have any issues with this branch I to get couple of Affidavit signed, which the branch manger did that very professional, everyone even the young lady who is security, I wouldn’t fault the staff it’s probably BOA they don’t hire enough people to work at this location, so all of the work falls on a few that try to do the best they can to handle everything , so by far hands down to this BOA for such professionalism and courtesy.
