  Betty was AMAZING through the entire process. She guided me through multiple options in loans on multiple properties until we found the perfect fit and she even helped us decide on down payment assistance program to help with out of pocket costs.   Land Home Financial was awesome. They worked with me by processing my loan application and ordered the appraisal as I paid off my credit cards and then waited to pull my credit until all those payments improved my credit score to where it needed to be. I had 60 days to get the credit score up and the loan in hand and they got it done with several days to spare.
