Jim Conrad1Many people like the SECU, however you can read the reviews of this location and see a stark contrast. I have had lots of problems with this branch over the last two years. They have made account set-up mistakes, made me wait for talking to a service rep (not teller) when there is NO OTHER CUSTOMER in sight, and just plain don't seem to care about customers. The last straw was today - I was told by the SECU 24/7 Member Service Rep I needed to call the branch directly about a problem. I called this branch, and found the branch has forwarded their phones to . . . SECU 24/7 Member Service number! Apparently they do not want to talk to anyone. If any management actually reads these comments, you should intervene quickly.

Monsie Brandon1This branch will NEVER answer a phone call. No matter the time of day. So unless you can physically drive over there every single time you need to get in touch with someone, pick a different, more attentive branch. Save yourself the frustration.

Jeffrey Small5SECU is the best credit union out there; the only thing making them better would be if they were in more states than one. They have the best customer service, always help me out when I'm in a bind, and are good to work for. The University Branch happens to be the busiest one, so if you happen to go to this branch, be aware that it's super crowded during standard busy times (Mondays, Fridays, lunch breaks, and when people get off work). It's not the fault of the employees; so many people wait until these prime times for it to be convenient. It's a very professional place that helps those in need!

A S5My husband and I received exceptional service from Josh. He was very knowledgeable and professional. To know my personality is to know I usually will have a question. Josh was so thorough in his explanations that we were able to understand everything without any room for confusion. Creating an estate plan/will can be intense but Josh helped us feel comfortable in making the most suitable decisions which made the process a breeze. His style and skills are very impressive. SECU is lucky to have such a profound employee!

Nisha Walls4Beware of the loan officer Kim at the University branch. She's a very unfriendly and unhappy person. Bad vibes!

Nicole Kpa3I like this bank. However, my experience yesterday was not pleasant. The teller gave my debit to card to another customer because he came and pick up his ID that he forgot. when I told her that my debit card wasn’t in the canister, she kept trying to tell me it was in there and was trying to make it seem like I did something wrong. when in fact, I didn’t. I had to get a new card as I don’t trust my old one since someone had it.

Emani Natalia2I love this bank but I always have bad experiences at this particular location. I’m not sure of the teller’s name but she has an attitude problem. I came to deposit money and she didn’t even ask what account or send a deposit slip and caught an attitude when I asked her to fix it.

Magnified Beauty Photography1I would rather keep my money in a brown paper bag. There is no organization. Bank has ATMs everywhere and doesn't have any control over them. Customer service is horrible. Instead of assisting they give lane excuses. No set policies. This is the worst credit union. App is brand new yet it is in the stone ages when it comes to functions. App doesn't even give a running balance, available balance I'd frequently incorrect.

Shawn Caldwell1I come to this location all the time and EACH time they seem a little more rude EACH time..Today with my visit I arrived at 5:29 the lady standing outside rudely said WE ARE CLOSED YOU CAN GO OVER THERE TO USE THE ATM if you need to..I do understand it’s closing time but a minute lord have mercy....Smh do better you guys..I understand it’s closing time but a minute wouldn’t have made a difference!..
