  State Bank is by far the best bank I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have both our business account and personal accounts with them and have never been disappointed. They do a great job of offering services that you would find at the large banks but also provide the best customer service you will ever find.

  Love this bank! We did our building home loan through them and it was hassle free! We now use our personal line through them and my family enjoys going in every Friday for errands and "Free Cookie Fridays!" The employees know you by name and it is a friendly atmosphere.

  great service, very very friendly, great customer service. Always have a smile on their face when you walk in as well. I would not bank with anyone else in Spokane and have never had any problems. 10/10 job

  We've banked with State Bank for close to 10 years! I love being able to go to either branch in Spokane and they know my name! I love all the staff at both locations as well!

  I’ve never actually banked here but go through their ATM all the time. It’s the only ATM I know of that dispenses denominations besides $20 bills. I don’t even live near this area but have driven across town to use it! AND it even talks to you!

  The customer service is excellent ! The tellers have helped me on several occasions, they are polite helpful , and really get to know know their clients , I really can trust them when I have questions , and I know they have my best interests in mind.

  Wouldn't cash a check that was wrote exactly as L&I told me to have checks wrote to my company. Only bank in all of Spokane to not cash one.
