  Dawn is by far the BEST REFERRAL I have ever received. I was a week into opening escrow on my home when my initial loan officer sent out my closing disclosure with a rate and terms that were drastically different from what he quoted me days before. I was worried that my home buying process was coming to a close because the payments were so far off from what I was expecting and I had already tried speaking to other loan officers that were not responsive. My friend had mentioned Dawn at Stanford Capital and the moment I got on the phone with Dawn she went to work for me! She really turned my whole buying process around and her team was always very responsive and proactive. She is an angel and truly a pleasure to work with. Not to mention she saved me nearly $600 on my mortgage payments from what I was initially looking at with my other lender (and THOUSANDS in origination fees).   My Wife and I received a letter in the mail from Dawn Conder about refinancing our home to a lower interest rate. I was currently with Loan Depot and extremely unhappy.   Stanford Capital is A+++!! Dawn, Tyler and Adriana are absolutely awesome. This company/team has assisted me multiple times, beginning in 2012 by getting pre-qualified so I would know how much of a house I could afford. This step alone was invaluable. Dawn saved me from looking at houses out of my price range and afforded me to look at others I might not have looked at otherwise. I then had the pleasure of working with them again (twice) when I refinanced my loan for a better interest rate.   Awesome experience! We just refinanced two months ago and everything went as promised. Dawn is extremely professional and ethical. Super friendly, helpful and truthful.   Last December, my wife and I decided to refinance our home mortgage. We decided to use Stanford Capital. From the very start of the process to the end, it was an amazing experience. Dawn and her team made the whole process painless. The turnaround from start to finish was surprisingly quick and we believe they found us the best rate possible. The best part about the whole process was the cost, as this is what stopped us from doing a refi previously. Signing the loan docs were simple, quick, and safe. The notary came over to our residence and made us feel comfortable by keeping her distance, wearing a mask, and using hand sanitizer.   Being an industry professional, I can honestly say that Stanford Capital truly has the clients best interest at heart. They really know the product that they offer which is loans. More importantly, they always communicate with the client! Stanford Capital's work ethic is like no other. I personally have hired them on all of my personal transactions and have never had a bad experience.
