  I up and trying to call for hours as they left no sort of message on my voicemail. I do wish they would not call the last day of your pawn. I have left multiple messages begging for my items not should be released for sale. Their website says they close at 8:00 p.m. I have been calling since 6:22. And I could not get anybody to answer the phone to let them know I was almost there. I called multiple locations with no luck. It's up until after 7 before I could leave a voicemail. I do hope that in these trying times they understand if a person is one they late. The employees are very polite here but I do hope that they're very understanding as well. The reason why I give it somewhat of a negative review is because their website does state they close at 8:00 p.m. as well as they don't leave a voicemail. And I do hope that they are able to be very understanding tomorrow and work with me in regards to the issue of what's going on in this world and I do hope that they are understanding as to how hard we are trying.

  What I got for my piece of jewelry, was better than the several other places I tried prior to going here. In fact, it was DOUBLE what one place quoted me. I sold right away, and would recommend this store to anyone who's looking to get rid of old jewelry or gold.

  I never pawn items but purchase from them often. If you know what the items are worth and approach the employees at this location with a reasonable offer, they are willing to work with you. Most other pawn shop chains won’t do that anymore. Staff is friendly and reasonably knowledgeable.

  Super pawn is trash. They sold me a 325 dollar electronic and I took it home to find out it was not what they said it was. Absolutely will never do business with them in the future. The people that run these types of places a crooks. Don't make the same mistake I did.

  Hey Everyone! I have attempted to do business with this store on several occasions as I have a small business dealing with used collectables. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been in here, I've been treated rudely or ignored. But this last time, when they stated they weren't interested in a 1981 Fender Contemporary Strat because it had paint chips... (What old guitar doesn't) Takes the Cake - This Store is Just Simply Poorly Run.. Plain and Simple! They WILL Try to Rip You Off!! Stay Away!!

  This pawn shop and the people who work here are really really dumb. They put me on hold for 30 minutes so I just ended up hanging up. When I was talking to them over the phone one Of the employees sounded like they were 12 years old. And he couldn't even answer simple questions. I will never ever do business here again. 1 star.

  I've gone in to buy & sell several times. I live within walking distance. Not as good a deal as the EZ Pawn around the corner & not nearly as good customer service. The only way to get help is if you rudely demand it. I'm giving 2 stars because once you do finally get someone's attention they're fast.

  The customer service is terrible. Reminds me of walmart you got 5 employees walking around and customers waiting but not none of them help or ask if you need help until they notice you. Try to sell a speaker here and they dont even have components to even listen to the speaker. Get professional I looked at the manager right in her face and she didn't even bother to step in and try to help.

  I went to this Superpawn location to find a used computer monitor and found a great deal. Alex was very helpful in making sure it worked properly before I purchased it. She is an asset to to superpawn and I recommend you ask for her.
