  I had a complicated situation with many variables in play. Many other people were involved as well as changing of the loan right in the middle of the process. It was painstaking, but Matt's team really came through for me, kept everything on track and ensured I had a roof over my head. Matt, Tony, Joe, and the rest of the team were very receptive, understanding, and worked diligently to make sure I was able to get the house I needed.

  Matt and his team at Fairway went above and beyond for my partner and I during our loan process to purchase our first home. We came to Fairway after getting the runaround from several other lenders, and upon our first interaction with Matt we knew he was honest and upfront. We could not be more grateful for everything everyone at Fairway did for us to ensure we were able to be approved for the loan for our dream home. There are not enough 'thank yous' or kind words to describe how patient, honest, communicative, up front, and caring everyone is at Fairway. 12/10 would recommend to anyone!   Matt McClellan was very professional and the speed at which everything was completed was nice. He was upfront about numbers and cost and unlike other mortgage companies, gave me rates and cost estimates with nothing more than my name as information. My only complaint was there were a couple of mistakes by one of his team members, which were a little frustrating. However, mistakes were quickly corrected and, while inconvenient, I didn't feel they were significant enough to reduce my ratings for overall experience. Matt is very professional and has already provided some sound advice to some of my friends.

  Dan LaPointe and his team were a pleasure to work with. We had contacted another lender and kept getting the run around. We spoke with Dan and within a couple hours we had our pre-approval letter. This is a process that can be very stressful but Dan and his team worked very hard to keep our stress level at a minimum. They were all very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the entire process!

  Matt McClellan and his team at Fairway Independent Mortgage were easy to work with, organized, proactive, and responsive with respect to communication. Matt had to creatively find an alternative loan for us in the last couple of weeks before closing, but took care of the details for a successful closing.
