  I have worked with Jason twice now, once for my initial mortgage and then again when I refinanced. He has always provided the best value and been the most responsive. It is obvious that he has his clients best interest in mind. Don't think twice about reaching out to him, he is top notch and I would recommend him to anyone.

  I worked with Kevin Litwicki. Kevin was so incredibly helpful. Buying a home for the first time came with so much stress and so many questions. He was available all the time to answer any questions no matter how small and went out of his way to find answers that may not have been readily available. I could not have asked for a better mortgage broker to help make this process and smooth as possible. My home was definitely a little different in how they had to get the mortgage for due to small details but he was able to stay on top of it and help get me to closing in time. I will always recommend Stampfli Mortgage and even more so, Kevin for any assistance with getting your mortgage set up just right.

  We had the pleasure of working with Kevin at Stampfli Mortgage on the mortgage for our new home. When we first reached out, we didn’t really know what mortgage brokers offered, especially in the day and age of internet searches, and we were just dipping our toes into the idea of buying a house. Kevin helped us understand the current and advantageous mortgage market (Spring/Summer 2020) and guided us through through the pre-approval process and scenarios of selling current home before or after our new house to understand what flexibility we had when making offers. When it came time to put in an offer for a sought after property, Kevin put a customized letter together on short notice to accompany the offer that we won. Through the closing, Kevin and his team was extremely responsive to make sure everything was in order and the technology platform made it easy to submit needed documentation. We appreciate Kevin’s guidance and it always felt reassuring that we were getting even a better rate than reported on mortgage blog sites or what I could search for on the internet!

  We went through Stampfli Mortgage to refinance our current mortgage and are very happy we did. Working with Kevin Litwicki was a joy and they were able to provide us a more competitive rate than even the best rates we found through credit unions. The application process was simple and easy using their online service. The follow up and timeliness of the refinance process was also great. You feel like you are working with a good friend who pays attention to what you want/need. We would recommend using Stampfli Mortgage to anyone who like us wanted the best rate we could find as well as have all of our questions answered and not feel like we were bugging someone.

  Jason and Ben are amazing to work with! We are so grateful they were able to help us transition into a VA loan!   Jason was a breath of fresh air after dealing with bank after bank and being told that I would not be able to purchase a home. I felt like it was too good to be true when Jason got me from offer to close in only 2 months and he made it as simple as could be. He did all of the heavy lifting, I just had to be there at the end to put the pen to paper. I will recommend anyone I know looking to purchase a home to Jason and the Stampfli team, they are nothing short of AMAZING! Thank you a million times over Jason.

  Jason Stampfli and his team were awesome. I originally contacted him by email and had a few questions, and he was very responsive on calling me back and explaining everything to me in detail about how the process would work, his fee/commission structure, and exactly how much other fees I would be paying to close. He was very transparent and there was never a point in the process where I saw a number that I didn't expect to see. He was able to lock us in with a great rate. I really liked how easy the document process was, too - everything was done digitally. We uploaded bank statements and employer paystubs directly through their portal and used online document signing software to sign documents. They sent someone from the title company to our house on the day of closing, and that was the only face to face / human contact we had. We had a much better experience working with Jason than we did with a major bank. Much better customer service and more transparent pricing. Would highly recommend!!

  Jason is just awesome!!! I thought there was no way I would be able to secure a mortgage, but Jason made it happen! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
