  The staff is great. They are well educated, friendly efficient and patient. I got my vehicle loan through them it was quick and painless. I felt that my meds and wants were being listened to I was given sound advice that helped my credit and I couldn't be happier!!!

  Originally I had put a 1 star review but I was correct mistakes were made on UW’s end on the auto loan and were not fixed even after calling the loan specialist who said nothing could be done. I’m sure the credit union can work with this loan specialist to get her up to speed with the rest of the great and knowledgeable employees that work at UW credit union. We scheduling an appointment because I knew something seemed off with the original loan offer and met with Robert at the Verona location. Robert helped fix the auto loan we asked for and went above and beyond for Raven and I. He helped get the loan approved and listened to what we had to say. He was very knowledgeable. This was my 3rd time Robert has helped with a loan and nothing but great experiences with him. I also had a great experience setting up my house loan through the bank 1 year ago with another loan specialist. The bank has great employees that are very helpful. I have highly recommended UW credit union to family and friends over the last 1.5 years since setting up an account with them.

  Came to UW during the pandemic after issues with my previous credit union. UW had been so amazing and helpful. I'm definitely happy I made the change.

  What a nice credit union. It is quite the fancy set up. But most importantly got a great rate on a 7-month CD. Bankers were all very friendly. Be careful of the speed bumps in the parking area, and the parking area and drive up are a bit awkward.
