  Even though I came 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, DJ was super friendly and patient and helped me get some documents and accounts updated. He also reminded me I could get free checks printed since we were out. He faxed out all the forms I needed mailed as well. Thanks so much!

  I have always had a great experience every time I go in. Colin was very helpful in not only opening a new joint account in addition to my personal account but he answered several of my financial questions and even offered a few suggestions to increase my credit score!!

  Perfect service for opening accounts and getting a loan. ATM is sometimes always backup though. Very Grateful for all the bankers and staffs.

  Very happy with my service today! My teller was very nice, a pleasant encounter in running errands in mad town. Unfortunately there was a mistake made, and my entire paycheck was deposited into the wrong account! Oh no! I called them up and they jumped at the chance to fix this mistake with an apology and a great attitude. They had it fixed in a matter of minutes without making me come back in. Mistakes happen to the best of us, it's how we go about handling them that shows a businesses true colors. Good job!!!

  I'm giving this a 4 star rating and not a 3 because the employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have had several experience where things that I was assured had happened didn't, including a card not being cancelled and a credit card application not processed. The issues I had were when I went to the bank in person; I've had no trouble with online banking.

  The coin machine was down and the lady with long black hair at the front desk told me I could not turn in any of my money so I had to go to a different location. Such an inconvenience, especially since I have turned in my coins without the change machine before. Very poor customer service and I will be going to a different location from now on.

  Called to get information on opening a new account and was told that if I wanted any information that I would have to go online as she was not able to tell me anything. TRULY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will not be putting my money in this bank for them to make more money from my money if they cant tell me anything but GO ONLINE
