  Where should I start. Without writing a long essay. The process from the beginning until the end of my refinance was handled with so much care and respect, there should be an option for 10 stars. Michel Baez was was licensed loan originator. She provided excellent customer service and helped me close on my refinance in about 5 weeks.   Melvin Kelly at Stallion Loans Inc. is phenominal! My wife and I just bought our first home in a By Owner sale and we were lost! Melvin and his team member Christine Wang held my hand through the whole process. They were completely transparent through the entire transaction, patient with my dumb questions, talked me off the proverbial ledge when I was heated with the uncontrollables from other entities involved.   Stallion Loans saved my a**!!!! So my husband and I originally started our loan with a well named lender, the guy on the commercials that say they will pay your closing cost. Well not only was it not paid, I missed my closing date twice. I searched online for another lender as I was fed up, scared, and frustrated with the thought of losing my dream home as well as my earnest money. After speaking with their loan officer he assured me that he would get us into our house in 10 days. 9 days later we closed. Absolutely amazing. These guys was honest and definitely exceeded my expectations. I got a better rate, cost was lower, and best of all , ”I’m in my new home.” I’m truly thankful for you guys. A big thanks to Melvin Kelly the President who personally walked me through this process and John my loan officer. You guys will definitely get my future business and as many referrals I can send.
